Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waukesha, WI. The role involves responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing preventive and corrective maintenance on production systems in an industrial setting.

You will work with pumps, motors, PLC/CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems, with emphasis on safety and reliability; overtime and shift variations may occur based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift up to 30 feet.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pumps, bearings, blowers, gearboxes, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot production equipment including pumps, motors, PLC/CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
