Job summary

JR Metal Works LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Night Shift I Production Machine Operator to safely run and monitor metal fabrication equipment, ensuring components meet customer specifications and production schedules. This hands-on role collaborates with the Night I team, adheres to safety policies, and maintains quality while meeting nightly output targets.

Shift hours are 5 PM to 5 AM Sunday through Tuesday, with overtime available and a $1.50 per hour night differential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in accordance with work instructions and safety standards.
• Interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain production pace to meet or exceed nightly output targets while minimizing scrap and rework.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.
