Job summary

This hands-on role works closely with the Night I production team, emphasizes safe manufacturing practices, and offers shift differential pay, potential overtime, and clear opportunities for growth within a fast-moving shop.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in accordance with work instructions and safety standards.
• Interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain production pace to meet or exceed nightly output targets while minimizing scrap and rework.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.
