JR Metal Works LLC is seeking a Night Shift I Brake Press Operator to accurately set up and run brake press equipment, bending metal to blueprint specs. You will work with the Night I production team, upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

This hands-on role requires reading blueprints, measuring parts, and staying productive through the night shift. We offer a differential pay of $1.50/hour for night hours and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating brake presses and setting up tooling.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret bend deductions.
• Strong mathematical aptitude for accurate part dimensions.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Follow fabrication drawings and specifications to build parts.
• Safely and efficiently operate fabrication machines.
• Periodically test machine operation for issues.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain tools and keep workspace clean and orderly.
• Learn JRMW processes and part completion steps.
