Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. is seeking a production supervisor to oversee all activities on the specified line in our Livonia facility.

You will ensure orders are completed to customer specifications, within time and cost targets, and maintain compliance with health and food safety guidelines. The role requires leadership to coach staff, monitor performance, manage attendance, and coordinate with agency personnel on-site to uphold Mastronardi policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a production environment; food/produce industry preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership to coach staff.
• Proficiency with standard office software and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the specified production line.
• Ensure orders meet customer specs, time, packs and cost.
• Ensure compliance with health and food safety guidelines.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and graders.
• Monitor attendance and staff levels to keep lines fully staffed.
• Maintain clean, organized area and enforce policies.
• Coordinate with agency personnel on-site to follow Mastronardi policies.
