Qualifications

• Previous related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Train and troubleshoot machine operators.
• Report issues to supervisor regarding machine, product, or department.
• Monitor machine performance and fix minor problems.
• Follow safety protocols and start-up/shutdown procedures.
• Complete startup and shutdown checklists daily.
• Operate to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Achieve daily production goals set by area supervisor.
• Ensure product quality and accurate labeling (country of origin, PLU, Clam, box, pallet tags).
• Enforce company policies; ensure line runs efficiently.
• Ensure workers perform duties; motivate line.
• Perform changeover procedures.
