Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking an experienced Production Line Lead to join a growing manufacturing team in Bear Creek, WI. The Line Lead will oversee the production line, supervise staff, and drive daily output while upholding quality standards.

You will collaborate with the Plant Manager, Production Manager, QA, Maintenance, and operators to ensure safe, efficient operations, maintain records, and implement improvements to reduce waste and downtime.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to oversee production line operations and meet daily production goals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Plant Manager, Production Manager, QA, Maintenance, and staff to support daily operations.
• Complete and maintain accurate production documentation and records.
• Monitor work quality and ensure production standards are met.
• Identify issues that may impact schedules and take action to maintain workflow.
• Support efficient line operations while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Monitor performance and assist with improving line efficiency.
• Apply training, procedures, and safety guidelines to job performance.
• Communicate production concerns and improvement opportunities to the team.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance productivity, quality, and operational success.
