Job summary

DSJ Global is representing a leading wood products manufacturer seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee hourly production on a night shift at a fast-paced plywood facility. The role emphasizes safety, production targets, employee engagement, and continuous improvement through strong people leadership.

You will coach a night team, collaborate with maintenance and operations, use production data to drive decisions, and develop staff while maintaining quality and compliance in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, industrial, or military environments.
• Proven leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work night shift and adapt to changing needs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in technical or business field.
• Wood products or CMMS experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly production employees on the assigned shift.

• Meet production, quality, and operational performance objectives.
