Job summary

Ideal Tridon is seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift for our Garden Grove, CA Plant. You will direct shift personnel, ensure training and safety, and drive performance in safety, quality, and productivity across materials handling, production planning, and packaging.

You will participate in budget processes and help define goals with senior management, fostering continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing environment including supervising hourly associates.
• Understanding of ERP systems, including bill of materials, work order management, inventory control.
• Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous.
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook-Word-Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct the shift personnel and provide direction to work teams.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure required training is completed.
• Meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Oversee materials handling, production planning and control, manufacturing, packaging, inventory control, and shipping.
• Participate in budgeting and capital investment planning.
• Lead continuous improvement activities using lean manufacturing tools.
