Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Garden Grove, CA plant on the 3rd shift. You will direct all shift personnel, maintain a safe environment, and ensure training completion while driving safety, quality, and productivity across materials handling, production planning, and packaging.

As part of the plant's senior team, you will participate in budgeting, capital investments, and operational goal setting, fostering a culture aligned with our core values.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in business or engineering.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Understanding of ERP systems and BOM/work orders.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the shift personnel and ensure safety, training, and performance goals.
• Meet daily production schedules while upholding safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance reviews for team members.
• Oversee training, sponsor certifications, and mentorship within the shift.
• Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Coordinate with support functions to meet high-volume production needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
