Ideal Tridon is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at the Auburn Hills, MI facility. The role directs all shift personnel, ensures safety, quality, and productivity, and oversees materials handling, production planning, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of ERP systems, including bill of materials and work order management.
• Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous.
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook-Word-Excel).
• Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise packaging, assembly, DC, and component manufacturing teams operating specialized equipment.
• Ensure production schedules are met daily while maintaining safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Lead and direct hiring, development, performance reviews, and corrective actions for staff.
• Oversee training, certifications, and mentoring of personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
