Oldcastle APG is seeking a Night Shift Production Associate to operate and maintain concrete production machinery in a construction-focused facility. The role requires attention to safety protocols and reliable performance to support production goals.

The work involves handling concrete equipment, inspecting product quality, and collaborating with the Plant team to ensure smooth operation and timely reporting of issues.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience operating similar equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Possession of safety boots/shoes; willing to participate in Safety Boots/Shoe Reimbursement after 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product quality according to standards and adjust settings as necessary.
• Detect and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production flow and reporting.
• Perform machine clean-up, setup, and other functions for product changes.
• Execute daily and business fundamentals.
• Cross-train on other production process aspects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager, Supervisor, and Lead Machine Operator.
