Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership to Fabrication operation teams.
• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity and delivery objectives.
• Coach and develop employees, set clear expectations, and hold teams accountable.
• Monitor production performance and address issues affecting output or customer commitments.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve operational challenges.
