Job summary

Unilever in Independence, MO is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to drive safety, productivity, cost, quality, delivery and morale within a TPM framework. You will supervise the shift crew, coordinate with facilities, QA and planning, and adapt to changing production needs including vacations and coverage.

This role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and experience across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a team in a food/CPG/FMCG, pharmaceutical or automotive manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating across multiple shifts (nights, weekends, etc.).
• Hands-on leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
• Working knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities to drive safety, efficiency, quality and TPM goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and plant SHEQ initiatives.
• Maintain site productivity during off-shifts and coordinate with other departments.
• Oversee Kronos timekeeping and accurate recording of hours, vacation and absences.
