Unilever in Jefferson City, MO, seeks a 12-hour Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead teams across the factory. You will champion safety culture, ensure quality, and drive productivity through operating systems while meeting short- and long-term targets.

You will develop teams, manage resources during outages, and guide improvements with a focus on reliability and waste reduction. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years’ leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to clearly articulate and analyze complex operational details.
• Strong leadership with clear, consistent, accountable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Drive Unilever safety systems and culture on the factory floor with compliance to rules and programs.
• Ensure quality standards through training and floor education, addressing quality concerns.
• Guide root cause analysis for quality and safety incidents and implement countermeasures.
• Lead productivity via factory operating systems across areas, prioritizing resources.
• Set and deliver targets for reliability, PM/AM compliance and waste reduction.
• Guide teams during equipment breakdowns, document issues, allocate resources.
• Plan medium- and long-term business targets and track performance indicators.
• Develop teams through engagement, hiring, training and communication.
• Provide timely feedback on performance and attendance; drive development plans.
• Foster positive employee relations and lead focused improvement projects.
