Job summary

Pella Corporation in Fort Worth, TX seeks a line leader to coordinate production tasks and ensure on-time quality. You will relay instructions from the supervisor, assign jobs, monitor progress, and keep the line stocked and organized.

Requirements include manufacturing experience, ability to work with minimal supervision, strong communication, and willingness to work the 3rd shift (Mon-Thu 7:00pm–5:30am) with possible overtime. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
• Regular/dependable attendance required.
• Flexibility of work hours including overtime.
• Able to work with and around moving equipment.
• Responsible for work and safety of all personnel assigned to the department.
• Redistribute manpower throughout the shift as needs dictate.
• Serve as back-up for the Department Manager and keep manager informed of people and line issues.
