Job summary

Magnera is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. The role emphasizes coaching, policy compliance, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will oversee hiring decisions, performance reviews, and attendance while driving 6S and TPM practices in collaboration with Process Tech and Plant Leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in manufacturing environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Black/Green Belt preferred; certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead plant safety objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, and terminations; manage attendance data.
• Deliver continuous improvement, quality, and cost-reduction initiatives.
