Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Recent manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety is paramount; all tasks must be performed in a safe manner, with the appropriate PPE and in compliance with all safety regulations.
• Participation in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and near-miss reporting is essential.
• Foster a team-oriented attitude while consistently meeting productivity standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues with the team or machinery.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
• Multi-task with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Adjust machinery and suggest process or procedure improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leaders, and Senior Process Engineers to address issues and implement improvements; perform 5S and other housekeeping duties.
• Obtain and maintain three certifications and train others as needed.
• Adhere to departmental rules, regulations, and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
