Job summary

Crown Bakeries is seeking a Production Lead to maintain a safe, efficient production line. You will lead results-driven teams, verify specifications at critical points, and enforce quality and safety standards across the shift.

You will monitor checks, coordinate staffing, and drive corrective actions to prevent defects while maintaining 5S and good manufacturing practices. EEO compliant and safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• General software/technology experience (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Must be flexible with schedule, including start times and weekend work.
• Motivate others, develop strong peer relationships, drive for results, managing & measuring work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce control plan; maintain machine/ process/ document checks to meet spec verifications.
• Lead line startup, start over, and changeover procedures; ensure safety and 5S.
• Review staffing needs and onboarding; communicate ingredient inventories.
• Analyze root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions.
• Remove out-of-spec product, maintain GMPs, and ensure PPE/supplies are available.
