Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years of production supervision in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with Sage X3 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to production schedules and assigns staff to meet orders.
• Minimizes waste and costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Mentors associates and provides training for performance growth.
• Maintains production metrics and reports yields, efficiencies, and labor.
• Participates in GMP, sanitation, and safety inspections.
• Directs maintenance and repair requisitions for equipment.
• Ensures GMP and food hygiene compliance.
• Supports safety programs and action on non-conformance.
