Job summary

Oldcastle is seeking a Production Lead to assist the Production Supervisor in directing the production workforce and ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing of OES products that meet quality standards. You will backfill as needed and drive daily priorities with a focus on safety and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in production/manufacturing.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• MS Office proficiency for reports and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor in leading the production workforce and ensuring safe, efficient production of OES products meeting quality standards.
• Lead shift huddles and communicate daily production priorities and safety topics.
• Assist in conflict resolution between personnel.
• Schedule and communicate machine assignments based on schedule and labor constraints.
• Monitor operations for machine functionality, production volume, and safety procedures; report issues.
