Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Cell Lead II to coordinate and lead a cellular work team in a manufacturing environment. The role manages employee time, approves time transactions, and sets performance goals.

Shift: 9th shift, Thursday-Saturday and every other Sunday from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am. You will ensure production schedules are executed, assign personnel, monitor material availability, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining quality standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience coordinating production and scheduling.
• Knowledge of ISO and FDA requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute to the production schedule.
• Assign employees to run equipment and jobs.
• Ensure materials and supplies are available to meet production needs.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain machinery and equipment for optimal performance.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to staff.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions and processes.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, and finance teams.
• Read, understand, and follow standard work.
