Job summary

Flambeau, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a night shift (Sunday through Thursday, 11pm-7am) on a busy plastics production floor. You will ensure safety, meet production goals, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining core values.

You should have a HS diploma or GED (manufacturing degree preferred) and 2+ years of supervisory experience in plastics, with strong leadership and communication skills. Drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, manufacturing degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a plastics environment preferred.
• Experience in 5S, continuous improvement, and Lean manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead a team.
• Organizational and time management skills; ability to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations and associates on assigned shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure safety requirements are followed.
• Manage scheduled production, audits, material flow, inventory, and quality programs.
• Lead employee engagement and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, training, and internal growth.
• Conduct performance reviews and resolve employee issues.
• Ensure shift data is documented and prior shifts audited.
• Support Flambeau Core Values and perform other duties as assigned.
