IDEMIA is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to manage all shift activities for production teams in a lean manufacturing environment. You will guide line operations, coordinate scheduling, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across the card production process.

The role requires 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory capacity, an associates degree is preferred, and experience with ERP systems and plastic substrates is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in lead/supervisory role managing production and hourly employees.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience with plastic substrates (printing, lamination, mechanical punch) is a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Experience with ERP system.

Responsabilités

• Understand, embrace and disseminate plant direction and goals in World Class Manufacturing via lean tools (5S, TPM, Six Sigma).
• Manage Production employees (20–25) per policies including attendance, safety, and performance.
• Supervise activities in production lines to meet schedules and goals.
• Schedule and coordinate flow of work within and between production cells.
• Monitor production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.
• Enforce safety and quality standards; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support Lean line initiatives and team-based improvements.
• Maintain time and production records and report status to leadership.
