Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in lead or supervisory role managing production processes and hourly employees.
• Associates Degree is preferred
• Experience with plastic substrates (printing, lamination, mechanical punch equipment)
• 1 year + of Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Experience with ERP system

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production workers to meet schedules and goals.
• Allocate resources and manage 20–25 employees.
• Ensure safety, quality and Lean practices are followed.
• Schedule and coordinate flow of work within production cells.
• Monitor production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.
• Apply and teach problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Maintain records and report production status to management.
• Collaborate with Production manager and Director of Operations on goals.
