Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead the Franklin Furnace production line in Ohio, coaching associates to meet KPI targets in safety, quality and output. The role drives continuous improvement and reports to the operations manager.

You will promote a culture of safety, process excellence and teamwork, ensuring training and compliance across the shift while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to coach and develop a diverse team.
• Willingness to work overtime as plant needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coaches individuals and teams to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitors performance and drives improvements.
• Provides direction and resources to teams.
• Coaches for improvements and recognizes accomplishments.
• Supervise employees involved in manufacturing activities, including assigning, and reviewing work, and evaluating performance.
• Delegate and prioritize workload; conduct team meetings; train the team on policies and procedures.
• Drive process improvements and change initiatives.
• Ensure mandatory corporate training compliance.
