Job summary

Healthcare Arizona, the mattress manufacturing arm of MLILY, operates a large air-conditioned plant in Goodyear, AZ. We are seeking a Production Lead who will coordinate line workers, machine operators and technicians to hit daily production targets and drive operational excellence.

You will provide on-the-job training, troubleshoot issues, enforce safety and quality standards, and report performance data. The role runs on the night shift, Monday through Friday, 6:20pm to 6:00am, with a base pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of team lead or leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide production team members in assigned work areas.
• Ensure production runs smoothly by monitoring equipment, workflows, and product quality.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to line workers.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Track attendance, productivity, and report issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
• Support troubleshooting of equipment and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist with shift handoffs.
