The Production Lead coordinates the work of line workers, machine operators, and technicians to ensure daily production targets are met, with hands-on guidance, troubleshooting, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Pay is $23/hour plus $1.50/hour shift differential, with a Night Shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:20pm-6:00am, on-site in an air-conditioned facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of team lead or leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide production team members in assigned work areas.
• Ensure production runs smoothly by monitoring equipment, workflows, and product quality.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to line workers.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Track attendance, productivity, and report issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
• Support troubleshooting of equipment and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist with shift handoffs.
