Healthcare Glendale LLC in Litchfield Park, AZ, a premier mattress manufacturing plant, is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to run heavy equipment under the supervision of the Plant Manager and Production Supervisors. The role operates on the Night Shift, 6:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate of $18.50.

Candidates need a high school diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, plus the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management.
• Problem-solving skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and report defective materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Set up machines for production runs.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
