Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Milwaukee seeks a Production Technician Lead to operate and supervise a machine crew in a light industrial setting. You will manage a team, ensure safe operation, quality, and production goals, and perform duties of Production Technician 1 and 2 as needed.

The role offers night shifts 8:00 PM–6:30 AM Thursday through Sunday, with a base pay of $19.00/hour plus $1.25 shift premium and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine and crew performance to meet production goals.
• Lead and train crew; delegate assignments and duties.
• Monitor product quality and waste; adjust as needed.
• Maintain records and communicate issues to supervisors.
