Job summary

Van Drunen Family of Companies is seeking a third-shift production supervisor to lead and guide a production team from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with mandatory overtime on Saturdays. You will oversee multiple processing areas, ensure safety and quality, and coach staff to meet GMPs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Two years of production experience; prior team leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel, ERP systems, email, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a third-shift production team, setting work plans and preparing for each shift.
• Oversee food production activities across multiple processing areas to ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.
• Coach, train, and support team members, ensuring GMPs, SOPs, safety protocols, and attendance expectations.
• Ensure efficient equipment setup, operation, and readiness while coordinating with other departments to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform and verify CCP checks, LOTO procedures, sanitation activities, and required documentation.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and support shift-change communication to meet production goals.
