Job summary

Atlas Molded Products seeks a Production Associate for the Reno/Stead, NV facility. The role includes handling manufacturing processes, packaging parts, and ensuring quality per specification pages on a night shift (10:30 pm–7:00 am) with possible OT.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (GED preferred), basic math and measurement tool use, and familiarity with safety and quality systems. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, written and spoken preferred to communicate on the floor.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and record-keeping.
• Must be trained and familiar with general safety procedures.
• Must be trained and familiar with Quality System Awareness; sign-off within 2 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager at shift start for direction for the day.
• Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements.
• Inspect and package parts per specifications; record information on in-process sheets.
