Job summary

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a reliable Production Associate for the Reno/Stead, NV facility to join our team. The shift is Monday – Friday from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am with occasional overtime. Responsibilities include operating manufacturing processes, inspecting and packing parts, and maintaining a clean work area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and basic math/measuring skills. Prior manufacturing experience and strong safety awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to perform simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Strong attendance and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager at shift start for daily direction.
• Operate manufacturing processes and equipment safely.
• Inspect and pack parts according to specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Recycle EPS with pre-breakers / re-grinding equipment.
• Follow safety and quality system procedures.
