Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Reno/Stead, NV is seeking a Production Associate to join our EPS manufacturing team. The role involves understanding production processes, quality standards, and equipment operations, with responsibilities spanning from reporting to the shift start to maintaining a clean work area.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, basic math and measurement skills, and a preference for prior manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) preferred.
• Able to use basic math, count, and basic hand-held measuring tools.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager at shift start for direction for the day.
• Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.
• Inspect and package parts according to specification pages and record information on in-process sheets.
• Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble and/or label materials per production instructions.
• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Familiar with Pre-breakers / Re-Grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
• Attend to safety and Quality System Awareness training; be signed off within 2 months.
• Ensure regular, reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
