Home Chef in Baltimore, MD is hiring for a Night Shift position working from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating in a refrigerated environment.

Join a team that values reliability, attention to detail and collaboration as you pick ingredients and move between tasks in a GMP setting. Onboarding is two weeks, with orientations on Wednesdays and start times around 7:15am.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• a positive attitude, reliable transportation, and willingness to move between tasks when needed
• strong attention to detail while picking ingredients throughout the assembly process
• an ability to visually inspect produce
• an ability to stand for long periods of time
• an ability to lift (less than 50 pounds)
• a willingness to work in a refrigerated environment for the entire shift (34-36F)
