Job summary

Trulite is seeking a Production Associate to support glass production on day shift in City of Industry, CA. The role requires reliability, attention to quality, and a willingness to grow with the company. Key duties include moving glass and materials, labeling, quality checks, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. OT and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Able to read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure.
• Able to work across all production areas and maintain flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Move glass and materials for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite production flow.
• Read and attach labels and tags to products.
• Operate equipment and perform quality inspections.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Rotate among different job functions on a schedule.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and report issues to supervisor.
• Use a tape measure to verify product specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Attend on time and adhere to safety policies.
