Revolution Foods is seeking a reliable Production Associate for the overnight shift in Commerce, CA. You will support daily operations by staging materials, assembling meals, packaging, and preparing products for shipment. This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to GMP and food-safety standards.

The position is on-site in a chilled production environment. Candidates should be able to lift 40–50 lbs and maintain a consistent production pace to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a chilled, damp environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Count and pack accurately throughout the day; multi-tasking is required.
• Read and interpret production labels in English.
• Follow simple recipes and instructions including prep, cut, chop, slice, assemble, stock, pack, count, sort, and stage products and raw materials.
• Maintain production pace to meet team flow and KPI requirements.
• Participate in changeovers, packing, sorting, staging, line work, and basic sanitation duties.
