Job summary

Revolution Foods in Commerce, CA is seeking a reliable Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You’ll assist with material staging, assembly, packaging, and preparing products for shipment. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, ability to read English labels, and the stamina to work in a chilled setting.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8am–12pm, with occasional coverage as needed. Base pay is $17.11 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and packing.
• Ability to follow instructions and read production labels.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and knife use preferred.
• Familiarity with GMPs helpful.
• Ability to work in a chilled, damp environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material staging, assembly, packaging, and shipment prep.
• Maintain accurate counting and packing throughout the day.
• Read and interpret production labels in English.
• Follow recipes and prep steps; move between departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following GMP and safety rules.
• Support waste management and keep workflow aligned with KPI.
• Participate in changeovers, line work, and basic sanitation.
• Work in a chilled environment (50°F or below).
• Entry-level role; prior fast-paced food handling experience preferred.
