Job summary

Revolution Foods is seeking a reliable Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll help with material staging, assembly, packaging, and preparing products for shipment, while staying organized and maintaining a clean workspace.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality execution, and adherence to GMP and food safety standards. You will read production labels in English, perform routine tasks across departments, and maintain consistent production

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak basic English.
• Strong math skills (addition/subtraction) for counting and quality checks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in counting and packing.
• Able to follow instructions and read production labels.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and knife use preferred.
• Familiarity with GMPs is helpful.
• Able to work in a chilled environment.
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Routine tasks in food production and warehouse departments.
• Count and pack accurately throughout the shift.
• Read and interpret production labels in English.
• Follow recipes and prep, stock, and pack products.
• Work across multiple departments as needed.
• Maintain production pace to meet KPI requirements.
• Support waste management and GMP standards.
• Perform basic sanitation duties.
• Entry-level role; prior fast-paced food handling preferred.
