Revolution Foods is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Commerce, CA. You will assist with material staging, assembly, packaging, and preparing products for shipment to ensure timely, accurate orders.

Ideal candidates read production labels, perform routine line tasks, and follow GMP standards. You’ll work in a chilled facility, maintain a clean workspace, and support team goals with reliable attendance and safety-focused

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and packing.
• Ability to follow instructions and read production labels.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and stay punctual.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material staging, assembly, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintain production pace to meet KPI requirements.
• Read and interpret production labels in English.
• Perform repetitive line work and basic sanitation duties.
• Support waste management and ensure clean, hazard-free workstation.
