Randstad USA in Smyrna, TN is hiring fast-paced production associates for short-term mandates emphasizing high-volume assembly and efficiency on the production line.

Duties include repetitive assembly, packaging, sorting, and quick response to line issues. Night shift 11:00 PM–07:00 AM; lift up to 50 lbs; steel-toe footwear required. Randstad provides benefits and immediate contract income.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform repetitive, high-speed assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks on a continuous production line.
• Work quickly and accurately to meet demanding daily production quotas and line speed requirements.
• Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or specialized fixtures necessary for the line process.
• Quickly alert the supervisor or technician to any material jams, machine faults, or component shortages that threaten line continuity.
• Assist with the final packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products at the end of the production line.
