Job summary

Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for multiple shifts in Smyrna, TN. You will operate production equipment, inspect products for quality, document production steps, and assist with packaging and material handling. Candidates should be able to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Positions offer hourly pay across shifts with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for overtime. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package materials and assist with loading/unloading products.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Monitor equipment performance and report or troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
