Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate for our Spring Hill, TN site. You will perform assembly operations on the line, meeting cycle times and quality standards while producing seating components.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (English literacy required) and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, including time on fast-paced lines. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 4pm–4am with mandatory overtime; pay is $19.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (Grade 12 completion minimum).
• Postsecondary education or technical training preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble foam, seat, and seating components according to production standards and customer specifications.
• Perform assembly operations within designated cycle times while maintaining quality requirements.
• Inspect, repair, and rework components as needed to ensure product quality.
• Follow all safety procedures, plant policies, and quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely and follow standard operating instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S and housekeeping practices.
• Identify and report safety concerns, defects, and production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to meeting daily production goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
