Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking an Assistant Operator for a Plymouth, IN production facility. The role supports production lines, handles scrap material, performs quality checks, and ensures products meet specifications. You will also bag products, maintain a clean area, and rotate across lines as needed.

Requires ability to lift 75+ lbs, stand for long periods, and pass background and drug tests. Steel-toed boots are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs continuously for up to 12 hours.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive lifting/bending for up to 12 hours.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Background checks and drug screen required.
• Able to work a rotating schedule.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of the production lines.
• Grind scrap material to be reused or disposed of.
• Assist with quality checks and make sure production orders are produced according to specifications.
• Bag and place product in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Must be able to be flexible and willing to be moved to different production lines and areas as needed.
