Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is hiring a Converting Operator in Plymouth, IN for a rotating schedule on the evening shift. Pay is $20.80 per hour with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting production lines, grinding scrap, quality checks, bagging products, keeping areas clean, and being flexible to move between lines. Requirements include lifting 75+ lbs, standing long hours, steel-toed boots, background checks, drug screen, and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs continuously up to 12 hours.
• Must stand for long periods and lift/bend as needed (up to 12 hours).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Background checks and drug screen required.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule.

Converting Operator

Pay: $20.80/hour

Hours: C & D Shift 7pm-7am, OT as needed

Location: Plymouth

This company operates on a rotating work schedule. You will work 2 ½ days on and then have 2 ½ days off. Wednesdays are 6-hour shifts. You will have every other weekend off.

• Maintain a clean work area.
• Must be able to be flexible and willing to be moved to different production lines and areas as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs continuously up to 12 hours a day.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift/bend consistently (up to 12 hours).
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Steel toed boots required.
• Must submit to free background checks.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule.
• Forklift experience preferred.
