Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. in Plymouth, Indiana, seeks Utility and Operator candidates for a growing local manufacturer.

You'll assist production lines, grind scrap for reuse, support quality checks, and ensure orders meet specs. You may move between lines as required and must be able to lift heavy weights and stand long hours. Weekly pay and benefits available through Pro Resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass background checks and drug screen.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs continuously and stand for long periods.
• Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.

We are currently seeking candidates for Utility and Operators. These positions will be filled quickly, so don’t delay!

Responsibilities:

Assist in the operations of the production lines.

Grind scrap material to be reused or disposed of.

Assist with quality checks and make sure production orders are produced according to specifications.

Bag and place product in designated warehouse areas.

Maintain a clean work area.

Must be able to be flexible and willing to be moved to different production lines and areas as needed.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 75+ lbs continuously up to 12 hours a day.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift/bend consistently (up to 12 hours).

High school diploma/GED preferred.

Steel toed boots required.

Must submit to free background checks.

Must pass a drug screen.

Must be able to work a rotating schedule.

Forklift experience preferred.
