Job summary

Double H Plastics Inc. is seeking a production worker to tend, pack, and operate packaging lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Indiana. You will load materials, monitor machines, and ensure boxes are properly labeled and traceable.

You must stand all day, lift up to 30 lbs, and follow GMP and SQF safety standards. The role requires English literacy and the ability to work with minimal supervision on multiple lines per shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Able to function in a fast-paced, minimal supervision environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and operate machines on production lines.
• Identify serious problems for maintenance.
• Assemble and pack boxes with light-weight packaging components.
• Place boxes of finished goods on skids ~24 times per hour.
• Lift cases up to 30 lbs to 6 ft height, up to ~6 times per hour.
• Push boxes into case sealer and deliver materials to machines.
• Inspect product per quality standards and apply labels.
• Record production data and ensure correct labels and info.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow GMP.
• Tend 3 lines or 2 lines or work as a utility to support lines.
