Job summary

Double H Manufacturing in Indianapolis, IN seeks a production/packing associate to ensure efficient, safe production and on-time delivery. You will tend machines, pack items, and assist with line maintenance while maintaining GMP and SQF compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and operate machines.
• Identify serious problems for maintenance.
• Assemble and pack boxes with light-weight packaging components.
• Place boxes of finished goods on skids at a rate of ~24 per hour.
• Lift cases up to 30 lbs to 6 ft height up to ~6 times per hour.
• Push boxes into case sealer.
• Deliver materials to machines (inserts, film, color, resin).
• Inspect product per quality standards and pack boxes.
• Apply labels and identification codes to boxes.
• Complete traceability forms and verify labels and data.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Tend multiple production lines and supply lines per shift.
