Qualifications

• Ability to work night shift Monday to Friday 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Experience with production logs and records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion, sheeting, and mixing equipment.
• Monitor equipment and adjust as needed to keep production running smoothly.
• Complete production logs and material usage entries accurately.
• Collaborate with QA to perform quality checks.
• Prepare raw materials for production and maintain sanitation per procedures.
• Communicate with processing and packaging teams to maintain flow.
• Train and support new or less experienced teammates.
• Follow safety and food quality procedures and report concerns.
• Maintain clean work area and participate in housekeeping.
• Operate forklifts and high-reach equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties to support production.
