Sterilite in Clinton, SC is seeking a Process Technician/Assistant Shift Supervisor to oversee production line staff and a molding department. The role includes troubleshooting machines and molds, ensuring proper materials, and maintaining safe work areas during night/day shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–5 years preferred experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to train on day shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Inspector/Packers, Floorpeople, Powder and Label employees, and Grinding Department.
• Troubleshoots machines, molds, materials, and color; inspects product quality.
• Ensures proper material usage and maintains hopper fullness; adjusts colorant ratios and loads.
• Runs machine startup/shutdown, breaks down machines for die changes, and maintains safe work areas.
